Elms Health Solutions has provided live-in care for Dr. Mary Harland, supporting her wish to remain as independent as possible in her own home after a serious stroke leaving her paralysed on the right side and unable to verbally communicate. Our dedicated care staff fully support Dr Harland in all personal care and daily tasks. Our carers have been able to learn to communicate by reading facial expressions and hand movements; reducing the frustration Dr Harland suffers from and enhancing her quality of life.
